We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and we were impressed with the beautiful surroundings and excellent breakfast. the hotel's location, next to a small lake and castle-like structure, added an extra touch of magic to our stay. We also appreciated the free parking and the modern decor of our room.

The prices were quite high and extra fees were charged for services that we expected to be included, like the wellness area and parking. the room was a bit small and lacked comfortable seating options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful area of Wolfsburg, surrounded by nature. The hotel provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The soundproofed rooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and we were delighted to wake up to the sweet melodies of birds singing in the morning.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel across the street from an old (small) castle. The pool was nice and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

The hotel is located in a peaceful area not far from the city centre with a beautiful view. the room was comfortable and cozy, with good facilities such as a large iMac and comfortable bedding. the breakfast was also good.

The hotel's high prices for additional services, such as parking and wellness, create an unpleasant experience for families with small kids.

Facilities were very good. The room was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was excellent - probably the best selection of food compared with any European hotel I've stayed in.

The hotel had building works going on which gave me the impression it wasn't open for full service. This was further supported by the [lack of] customer service. I couldn't get lunch at the hotel, even through room service. On the second night I stayed I tried to eat at the restaurant but was told a table was not available - despite it being half empty. After a little "fuss" they made-up a table for me. If the customer service had been better - particularly when paying €200 per night - then it would have been a pleasureable stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was fine with a delicious dinner on offer. Additionally, transportation options were easily accessible from this location.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a big computer in the room which was very useful and interesting to use, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the spa and gym facilities that the hotel offered. The location was ideal for a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.

The internet was not very reliable and the bathroom had a motion-activated heat lamp that made the room very hot and uncomfortable. the hotel was not located in the city center, so it was a bit of a drive to get to the main attractions.
